A message from Alan:

    Hello and thank you for visiting my page.  I  remember a long time ago, when my father took me into the parts department of a major Brooklyn dealership.  I vividly remember the people behind the counter eagerly serving my father with a level of genuine customer care that is just unseen today. 

There was one old guy with a pencil in his ear, who seemed to be rambling off part numbers to his fellow parts men, with an incredible ability to recall the part number of any part for any car. 

Like the old man above, I have a pleasant personality; and an unwavering and dedicated patience to serve all of my customers needs with a smile!  I am a veteran GM parts manager with over 34 years experience and customer satisfaction is my number one priority. 

I very much enjoy touching peoples lives in my own special way and treat everyone I meet the way I would like to be treated -- with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.  Simply put, I want nothing more than to see to it that every person who comes my way, comes away happy! 

So, here we are forty-five years later, and the man with the pencil lives on, only now our doors are open to the world.
